Lodging Accommodations
The Blending Conference room block at The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Hotel is full.
The Millennium Hotel Cincinnati is now taking reservations for the nights of June 1 - 3, 2008.

The Blending Conference has secured a block of rooms at The Millennium Hotel Cincinnati located at 150 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This hotel is across the street from both the Duke Energy Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Hotel. Rooms are now available for the nights of June 1 -3, 2008 at the rate of $104 plus tax per night (prevailing government rate). You may make your reservation either by:

  2. Call reservations at (800) 876-2100 or the hotel at (513) 352-2100 and ask for the “NIDA” room block.

The NIDA room block at the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati will close on May 7th, 2008.

Reservations for NIDA Clinical Trials Network Steering Committee can still be made at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati for June 3 – 5, 2008. The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Hotel www.cincinnati.hyatt.com is located at 151 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Rooms are now available for the nights of June 3 - 5, 2008 at the rate of $104 plus tax per night (prevailing government rate). You may make your reservation on-line simply by clicking here or you may call reservations (888) 421-1442 or the hotel at (513) 579-1234. Be sure to ask for the “NIDA” room block to receive the negotiated rate when you call. The NIDA room block at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati will close on May 5, 2008.

 

Travel

To/From the Airport

  • Taxi cab fare is $20-24 from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati (13 miles).
  • Alternate transportation is available by Airport Executive Shuttle Service. Hours of operation begin at 6:00 a.m. and run till 11:00 p.m. The cost of this shuttle service is $15 one-way and $25 round-trip per person. To make reservations, please call (859) 261-8841 or (800) 990-8841.
  • Public Bus service is available between the airport and downtown Cincinnati from 5 a.m. to midnight. Riders can board a TANK bus at the Terminal 1 crosswalk and outside the Terminal 3 baggage claim. For more information, call (859) 331-8265 or visit www.tankbus.org.

Amtrak is 10 minutes from the hotel, stops at Union Terminal. Taxi fare to hotel is approximately $4-5.

Greyhound Bus is 12 blocks from the hotel. Taxi fare is only $8-$12.

Driving Directions
From Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (13 miles):
Take I-275 East to I-75 North. After crossing over the Ohio River, exit at Fifth Street. Proceed on Fifth Street two blocks to the hotel

Parking
Tower Place parking is indoor parking next to hotel. Valet parking fee is $20.00 overnight with in/out privileges. Self Parking is $14.00 with in/out privileges. *Clearance is 6'8. Do not park oversize vans & SUV's. Oversized SUVs & vans must park 2 blocks away in an outdoor self-park at approx $6.00 per night. Event parking is $12.00.
